As part of the cooperation with our Law Firm, Szymon Borowiecki provides services complementary to the legal advisory services provided by our Firm, namely:
- strategic and day-to-day advice and consultancy for IT and fintech companies;
- interim management service;
- supporting foreign investors in the processes of acquisitions and entering the Polish market in the IT, fintech, e-commerce and financial services sectors.
