Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Attorney since 2005, Pd.D. in Law since 2007. During the years 2006-2014, a partner in a mid-sized Polish law firm. Since 2014, owner of the Law Firm Kancelaria Adwokacka – Michał Bieniak. Since 2011, member of the Editorial Board of commercial law magazine ‘Monitor Prawa Handlowego’.
Lecturer of civil law and civil procedure during trainee lawyer trainings organized by the District Board of Attorneys (Okręgowa Rada Adwokacka) in Warsaw.
Author of several publications in the area of company law, law of obligations, civil procedure as well as bankruptcy and reorganization procedure, including:

Since 2012, member of the Supervisory Board of the company Poznań Żonkil SA. Since January 2014, member of the Supervisory Board of MPay S.A. listed on the alternative NewConnect stock market. Since 2009, an arbitrator at the register of Recommended Arbitrators of the Arbitration Court of the Polish Chamber of Commerce (KIG) in Warsaw.
Michał Bieniak is wholeheartedly involved in social activities. He was appointed a member of the Board of the Association “Projekty dla Polski” [Projects for Poland], while currently is the Chairman of the Commission for Social Communications of the Supreme Board of Attorneys (Naczelna Rada Adwokacka) and an deputy member of the District Board of Attorneys (Okręgowa Rada Adwokacka) in Warsaw. His articles on social and legal issues have been published in a number of magazines such as Polityka, the Forbes, Rzeczpospolita and Dziennik-Gazeta Prawna.
Michał Bieniak is fluent in Italian and English. He also speaks modern Greek at a basic level.
